The Northern California Chapter NECA (NorCal NECA) serves the electrical contracting industry in Alameda, San Joaquin, Calaveras , Solano, Napa, Mariposa, Merced, Stanislaus, Tuolumne Counties. We are dedicated to enhancing the industry through continuing education, labor relations, current information, and promotional activities.
