第二节　人胚早期发生(early development of human embryo)

一、卵裂、胚泡形成与植入（第 1周） cleavage, blastocyst formation and

implantation (1st week)

二、二胚层胚盘及相关结构的发生（第２周） bilaminar germ disc ( 2nd week )

（一）下胚层及卵黄囊的形成 1. formation of hypoblast and yolk sac

１．下胚层（ hypoblast）又称初级内胚层（ primary endoderm ）

２．卵黄囊（yolk sac）初级卵黄囊 (primary yolk sac)

（二）上胚层及羊膜腔的形成

１．上胚层（epiblast）

又称初级外胚层（ primary ectoderm）２．羊膜腔（ amniotic cavity）

（三）胚外中胚层的形成 (extraembryonic mesoderm)

１．来源 (source) 分布 (distribution)

２．胚外体腔（ extraembryonic coelom）

三 . 三胚层时期和体节期（第３周和第４周） (trilaminar germ disc and somite period)

( 一 ) 胚内中胚层与脊索的发生 ( intraembryonic mesoderm and notochord)

( 二 ) 三胚层的分化 (differentiation of trilaminar germ disc )

( 三 ) 早期胚体外形的形成 (external appearance of early embryo)



( 一 ) 胚内中胚层与脊索的发生 intraembryonic mesoderm and notochord 原条（ primitive streak ）头、尾方向原结（ primitive knot）

原沟（primitive groove）

上胚层（ epiblast ）改称为外胚层（ ectoderm）

三胚层胚盘（ trilaminar germ disc）

内胚层（ endoderm）

胚内中胚层（ intraembryonic mesoderm）

细胞由原始状态发育成定向细胞的过程。


1 ．外胚层的分化 (differentiation of ectoderm)

（ 1）神经管的形成(formation of neural tube) 神经板（ neural plate）

神经沟（ neural groove） 18 天

神经褶（neural fold）

神经管（neural tube）３周末　前神经孔 (anterior neuropore) 25d(18~20 somites)

神经管分化 ( differentiation of neural tube )： head of neural tube: Brain

　　　　 rest of neural tube: spinal cord

lumen of neural tube: myelocoele

畸形 (abnormality)：前神经孔未闭──无脑儿 failure of closure in anterior neuropore ── anencephaly

后神经孔未闭──脊髓脊柱裂failure of closure in posterior neuropore ──myeloschisis

or spina bifida

（２）神经嵴的形成 (formation of neural crest)

神经嵴（neural crest）

神经嵴的分化（ derivatives of neural crest ）：

cranial ganglion 、 spinal ganglion、 sympathetic ganglion 、 peripheral nerve ； adrenal medulla, some neuroendorine cell

（３）胚体表面的外胚层的分化 (differentiation of surface ectoderm)

epidermis of skin and skin appendages


２．中胚层的分化

(differentiation of mesoderm) ３周初

(1)轴旁中胚层( paraxial mesoderm)

　体节（somite） 42~44 pairs

spinal column、 skeletal muscle、 dermis & hypodermis

(2) 间介中胚层 ( intermediate mesoderm)

rudiment of urinary system and reproductive system



（３）侧中胚层（侧板）(lateral mesoderm)

胚内体腔(intraembryonic coelom) ４周时体壁中胚层 (somatic mesoderm) ：与外胚层相贴 parietal serosa、 somatic skeletons & muscles

脏壁中胚层 (splanchnic mesoderm) ：与内胚层相贴splanchnic serosa、 splanchnic smooth muscle & ＣＴ胚内体腔 (intraembryonic coelom)

pericardial cavity、 pleural cavity,peritoneal cavity

（４）间充质 (mesenchyme)

Mesenchyme cell+matrix (mesenchymal cell+ground substance)


３．内胚层的分化

(differentiation of endoderm)

原始消化管（ primitive gut）：

rudiment of digestive & respiratory system 。前肠（ foregut）

中肠（midgut）

卵黄蒂（ yolk stalk）

后肠（hindgut）


(三)早期胚体外形的形成 external appearance of early embryo ２ w ３ w ４ w 　头褶、尾褶、侧褶 (head fold, tail fold, lateral fold)

end of４ w ：“Ｃ” like shape主要变化： sole-like blastoderm to cylinder-like embryo ，trilaminar germ disc differentiation， appear somite ，鳃弓 (branchial arch)， and upper and lower limb buds.

四 . 胚胎完成期（５～８周） (embryonic period)

器官形成期 (period of organogenesis)：

formation of organ & system ， sensitive to the effect of environment and teratogenesis 。 sensitive period: 3-8 w。

胚体外形 (external feature of embryo)：
