Deliver the contract commissioned by the council to deliver its statutory school improvement functions Monitor, challenge, support and occasionally intervene to help schools to improve Ensure the three strands of the Hertfordshire School Improvement Strategy are delivered Every school good or better in every district Close gaps Reduce geographical differences Influence, motivate, provide services, invest in new services that meet customer needs and promote the common good across all schools Slide 8 Herts for Learning Ltd What do we do on behalf of schools and settings?
