What we have done in a few words:Involvement of 18 adult ex offendersAfter the first experimentation of the Reducing Reoffending (10 people involved – 50% men – 50% woman) Involvement of two ex-offenders as mentors (one man – one woman)Involvement of 8 ex-offenders in the second experiment (70% men – 30% women).

New lesson from the second groupNeed of a project base thinking to increase/start to have incomes

At management levelInvolvement in the project of new area of the Turin metropolitan city through close working with the social offices (3 new social offices are supporting the project)Direct involvement of Ministry of Justice and their service UEPE “External Execution Office”.
