QuickTip:Ballsnothitcleanlymaynotbereadproperlybythedevice,particularlyifasubstantialamountofdebrisfromthegroundpassesintothedopplerfield.

QuickTip:Whenhittingwedges,duetothedegreeofballflight,theES12mayneedtobeplacedonly3-6inchesdownrangefromyourballplacement(asopposedtotypical12-14inches).

ThenextnotationisthePRG(Paring)mode.Pressingthe“Club”buttonwillgiveyoutheRST(reset)option.

WARNING:Pressingthe“Club”buttonagain,willdeleteanypairingfromtheES12.IfyoudeletetheES12

pairings,youwillneedtodeletethecorrespondingpairingsinyourAppleorAndroiddeviceinordertopair

againwiththeES12.

Thenextnotationisthesoftwarerevision(REV).Pressthe“Club”or“Power”buttonandyourdevice’srevision

numberwillappearfortwoseconds.YourES12willthenautomaticallyexittheprogramming

ToconnecttheES12withasmartphoneand/ortablet,confirmthattheES12ispoweredonandthenconnecttheES12throughyourBluetoothsettingstypicallylocatedunder“GeneralSettings.“Seepage7Pairings”

ActivationoftheErnestSportsSmartphoneAppwillberequired.TheactivationnumbercanbefoundontheactivationcardprovidedwithyourdeviceandisalsolocatedonthebackoftheES12device.Theactivationnumberisthesameastheserialnumber.FromtheErnestSportsSmartphoneApp’smainscreen,select“Settings”>“ActivateES12”>Inputactivationnumber>select“ActivateES12

Activationnumbersarecasesensitive.Ensurethenumberisinputexactlyasshownontheactivationcard.

IftheES12isnotlistedasanoptioninthesmartphone’sBluetoothsetting,trythesesteps:

Android Users:(Very Important):InordertopairtheAndroiddeviceproperly,entertheprogrammingmodeontheES12andpressthepowerbuttonseveraltimesuntilyoureachthe“PRG”(pairing)mode.NowyouwillneedtopairfromtheAndroiddevice.Theeasiestwayisfromtheapp,choose“Settings”>“SetupBluetooth”whichtakesyoutotheAndroid’s“BluetoothSetting”page.BesuretheAndroid’sBluetoothisset“ON”.IftheES12shows“Paired”already,thendelete(unpair)thecurrentES12.Nowscanfordevices.Fromhere,youwillpairwiththeES12(theES12willnotshowthe6-digitpairingnumber).Afterpairing,yourAndroiddevicewillshow“Paired”or“Pairedbutnotconnected”.NowexittheprogrammingmodebypressingthepowerkeyseveraltimesuntiltheES12showstheclub.Oncepaired,yourAndroiddevicewillconnecttotheES12asneededunlessyouresetthepairingontheES12orunpairtheAndroiddevice.

Apple Users:Initialpairing(andafterpairingreset)MUSTbecompletedfromyourAppleBluetoothsettings.OnyourAppledevice,goto“Settings”>“General”>Bluetooth”.TurntheBluetoothON.Scanfordevices.Whenfound,connecttotheES12.Forfutureconnections,pressandholdtheclubbuttonontheES12;“PRG”willblink,onceblinkingends,yourES12shouldbeconnectedtoyourAppledevice.
