Debbas enjoys a tradition of electro-mechanical contracting dating back to the early 1920s, when César Debbas launched an electrical installation department to tackle important lighting projects throughout Beirut.

Debbas Enterprise has a proven quality track record, illustrated by the first ISO 9000 certification awarded to an MEP Contractor in Lebanon.Debbas Enterprise Qatar is also implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 standards.

Dating back to the pre-Hellenestic era, the Baalbeck archeological site, also known as Heliopolis, is Lebanon’s greatest Greco-Roman treasure and the world’s best preserved Roman ruin. Designed by the legendary American architect Edward Durell Stone, the Phoenicia is heavily influenced by Levantine architecture, evident in its high ceilings, sweeping staircases and palatial pillars. Opening its doors in 1961, during Lebanon’s golden years, the Hotel quickly became the destination of choice for kings and queens as well as Hollywood stars. Following the Lebanese civil war, the hotel was rebuilt to reclaim its standing as Beirut’s Landmark. 24

Marina TowerLebanon, 2008

Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, the iconic structure incorporates naturally rounded forms reminiscent of waterfront esthetics and provides each apartment with dramatic panoramas to the sea, the mountains, Beirut Central District and the Marina. The contemplative, clean-lined architecture consists of 26 floors that stretch 150m above sea level. The entire structure uses stone and glass with a combination of aluminum curtain walls and clear double-glazing that extends all the way to the top.
