Re: California W aterFix
Dear Chair Marcus and Member Doduc:
The Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA) submits the attached revised Notice of Intent to Appear (NOITA) to clarify that the following witnesses listed on SCWA's initial NOITA will serve as experts: Darrell Eck, Forrest Williams, and Tom Pasterski. This revised NOITA is intended to replace SCWA's initial NOITA. SCWA anticipates these witnesses will submit testimony and participate in Part 1 of the California Water Fix hearing consistent with these revised designations. There are no other changes to SCWA's NOITA.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

1) We are complying with the SWRCB directive separating Phases I and II. Please understand that this may not be feasible in some respects. For example, the American River Water Agency (ARWA) parties have expended considerable effort and resources to coordinate and balance water supply and instream issues. This integration is reflected in our planning, modeling, impact analyses and other relevant work. 2) Other individuals may be substituted by SCWA based upon availability. 3) Many of the consultants will present in panel format on behalf of multiple protestants, including Northern State Water Alliance. ARWA, and EBMUD. We are seeking to coordinate as much as possible.
