PoliciesOrdering:You can place your order in several different ways:

1. Call our customer service at (843) 293 - 1820 Mon: - Fri: 8am - 5pm EST 2. On our website at www.shedwindowsandmore.com 3. Email [email protected] Please do not email your credit card info, we will call you for that information. Please leave a day time number.

Shipping:Our normal shipping time is SAME or NEXT BUSINESS day depending on time of day your order was placed. WE ship via Priority Mail (small items), FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, Smart Post, UPS Ground, or Freight Truck. Our warehouse will determine the least expensive way to ship your items to you. If you need faster service, please call in your order and we can quote you prices on 2nd day air or next day air.

Returns:We have a 30 day return policy as long as the item(s) have NOT been installed, still new, unused in original condition. All Parts (screws, bolts, ect) must also be returned with the item. There are no returns on special order items or clearance. If you are returning windows, please pack carefully, any damage that happens in return shipping is the reasonablility of the buyer and no refund will be given.

Refused Delivery: all refused shipments will be refunded for the item only less 20% restock fee.

Returns on items that were shipped with free shipping will be refunded for the original price of the item less the amount it cost us to ship the item(s) to you. If we are at fault we will send you a pre paid tag.

Damaged Shipments:All orders are inspected and carefully packed by our warehouse staff and leave our warehouse in good condition. When you ship windows, damage will happen from time to time and we under-stand that. If your windows arrive damage, all you need to do is email us a photo of the damage. In that email list your order number, name address and phone number. Once we recieve your email we will contact you and either offer discount, replacement, or refund.

Freight Truck Shipments:Please inspect while driver is still there, to make sure you received all items and that there is no damage, sign the BOL and document any shortage and damage on BOL before handing back to the truck driver. Email or fax us a copy of the BOL to Shed Windows and More, Inc. and we will handle the claim

The sash has equal sized stiles and top rail, with a tradition-al wider bottom rail. Then we added a mill work quality profiled glass rabbet on both the sash parts and bars. The sash is designed to be a true divided lite product utilizing individual panes of double strength glass for each lite.

The sash is designed that is can easily be disassembled, for easy glass replacement

Each stile and rail can be trimmed by up to 5/8”
