The nasolacrimal canals are commonly seenas ovoid radiolucencies (arrows) on maxillary occlusalprojections.

The nasolacrimal canal (arrow) is occasionallyseen near the apex of the canine in Priapical radiographies.

The superior foramina of the nasopalatine canal(arrows) appear just lateral to the nasal septum and posteriorto the anterior nasal spine.
