Introduction to the IdeaOur business idea is about launching and starting planning for a new indoor sports facility that will be located within Abu Dhabi city within Abu Dhabi Islands. The facility will be placed inside a Dome making it unique in its shape and convenient and easy to install. The facility dome will have many sports and activities involved within it making it suitable for all ages and genders to all nationalities playing all different sports that they desire. We do believe that they are no sufficient facilities in Abu Dhabi to accommodate the growing demand for sports such as soccer, baseball, softball, Cricket, Baseball and More. It is sometime difficult for public to find sport to paly due to timing available and difficulty in securing due to competitions occurring within school, universities ,colleges or clubs or even maybe between people playing sport themselves. Our Business Idea will increase the outdoors activities and will get Asian people in one well known location

And it is new to the country

Easy to market it and without spending too much money

We are targeting majority of Middle and low class citizens

Objectives

The objectives for Indoor Sports Facility are the following:

1. Build facility membership to more than 800.

2. Register as much adults and youth members by the end of first year of operation.

3. Develop facility potential to be rented for special events.4. Increase Residents and Citizens engagement with Sport within the Gardens.

Mission

The mission is to provide Abu Dhabi residents with a state-of-the-art sports facility that will enable both youth and adults to enjoy the indoor Sports.Description of the facility:

Our Sport Facility will be basically made form Dome. Which is an air-supported structure is a lower cost alternative to a traditional building. The unique properties of air-supported structure design make domes ideal for:

Facilities that require large, open, clear span interior space. No need for supporting beams or columns. Structures that are required to be semi-permanent. Domes can be taken down and set up every season or as needed.

Saving money. Initial costs are considerably lower than traditional construction and operating costs can be smaller as well due to simplicity of the design.

Any space or climate. We customize domes to fit in any space and specialized materials and systems can create a consistent internal climate, regardless of the outside weather conditions. An air-supported structure is the most versatile and cost effective building system available when it comes to covering large, clear span space. Farley domes are also your best option for applications that require a seasonal structure. The anchor system used by The Farley Group is the fastest, easiest system ever devised for seasonal put ups and takedowns. The facility is an indoor, state-of-the-art, multi-sport, corporate and special event complex with unparalleled space, a seasoned professional staff and unique customer experience with an infinite number of uses. It is one of the largest domed facility, provides the ultimate year-round temperature-controlled environment and an always enjoyable and fun atmosphere for everyone from all ages.

A dome consists of several layers of fabrics. The outer layer or membrane is manufactured using architectural grade vinyl coated polyester fabric, and the pattern used to create the dome is specific to every project to create the unique shape that's needed. This layers purpose is strength; with the seams welded (link) to create higher strength than even the fabric itself. The interior layer is a liner, which improves thermal and acoustic qualities of the dome. If needed, an additional insulation layer can also be installed. This insulation lies between the outer structural fabric and the inner liner fabric to maximize energy efficiency. This layer keeps your dome cool or warm despite the weather outside.

This inflatable tent is very large in size which makes it suitable to be sports dome. So the whole inflatable dome can hold many person in a time, so except as a sport hall tent, it can be also used as large event tent such as party, wedding, carnival and so on. The Facility will be around 90,000 to 140,000 Square Feet and we can also do it lower if there is no space available. 75' ceiling height

The facility can accommodate more than 10 basketball courts, 16 volleyball courts, 2 softball fields or 1 full soccer field. Accessories to be sued within the Sport Facility (Dome)

Divider Nets: To prevent from interfering with a match going on a neighbors court, install divider nets to run the length of the court. Field Divider Nets: Field sports such as soccer, basketball, Cricket, Badminton, can be disrupted by a lost ball. We will offer a line of custom sized, custom colored divider nets for soccer domes or other field sport domes. Hanging Light Nets: For larger domes, we might need a bit more light to keep an eye on the action. Hanging lights will supplement the light from the perimeter stand lighting system. We will provide hanging light nets. Collaborating closely with a supplier, we are happy to offer an innovative, netted light guard system to protect hanging lights against damage high-risk sports equipment such as golf and lacrosse balls. Signs: Dome structures create some interesting opportunities, one of which is that the outside walls are giant, blank billboards just waiting for some attention! Branding our facility is easy with a large fabric sign attached to the outside walls. The facility would be used primarily by School, Colleges, Universities, and Local Residents and citizens Physical education classes, team training, or general recreational sessions would be the most likely uses. Our Custom can also be derived from partnering with Hotels and other strategic partner where as they will experience huge discount offer to join and paly within our sport facility. Companies whether public or private can also benefit from our sport facilities as it will be a positive experience for their staff to experience the fun and sport within our facility.

Even Birthday Parties can be done within our facility because it provides big space and fun for the kids to play sports and challenge each other and avoid any boredom within the event.Advantages:

We will be also adding many sports activities to Asian Residents within Abu Dhabi as many feel bored and cannot find sport clubs near them that offer their needs such as playing cricket or badminton and more other sports. And so we are here to fulfill their needs.

Management:The Business Idea will be invested by Abdullah Almarzouqi and Mohammed Alhamadi and on top of that will be hiring employees to support our vision.

Marketing Director will be involved in increase leads and traffics to the Dome Sport Facility/and for Planning/Controlling /Coordinating/and Managing the project itself. What we Hope from Municipality

We hope that Municipality will really take into consideration of our business idea as we really believe it will have huge positive impact on us, you(municipality)and the community).There are huge population of people that will wait for such idea to exit to entertain their time and maybe creating sports groups and forums within our Dome Sport facility. Our Idea came from seeing many residents playing at streets whether cricket, football, badminton, and more other sports. We need to get the business started and we really need your support to get it launched.What will make us special? We will be first sport facilities creating group names such creating competition among each other-Such as World Cup with different nations and different club names/ We will be focusing on building tournament with prizes
