Georgiy Sitnikov, the leader of the Animal Rights Protection Organization:“Shooting animals is inhumane because in this case not only animals suffer but also people that were unlucky to watch the cruel capture. Such actions are nothing but a crime against public morality. The most terrible thing is that children can be witnesses of such scenes that can traumatize their psyche. To neutralize the spreading of homeless animals in Perm we find it necessary to promote sterilization ”.

closest friends that have been with us for thousands years. And we owe them a lot . Homeless animals also

have rights, the basic of which is the right to live. To protect this right is our duty.
