Please obey the attached time schedule for reconnaissance! All the road traffic laws of Austria must be strictly adhered! For traffic infringements a penalty may be applied by the stewards up to exclusion.

Recce outside the given time schedule is strictly forbidden!!! Failure to respect this time schedule shall result in the driver being reported to the stewards (see Suppl.Reg. Art.9.2)

Road book issuing will take place Thursday, 20 March 2014 from 07:30 a.m., Kniely House Arnfelserstraße 10, 8463 Leutschach.

Test-Stage:There is a possibility to participate in a test stage on Friday, 21 March 2014, 09:00 – 12:00 hrs . No more than 30 cars can use the stage, costs for each car: € 50.- (three runs)Registrations in written form to: caterina.leeb@leeb-group.at

Service Park : (Team/St.-Nr.: 48 m²)The permanent Service-Park is within the village area of Leutschach. The parking area for trailers is nearby the “Route 69”, on the road from Leutschach to Arnfels. Each team (Comp., Start no.) gets a place assigned. We need the information if a service truck is for several teams to position it surrounding (Caterina Leeb: caterina.leeb@leeb-group.at or Fax.: +43/(0)4352/81260-815) . Outside of this area there is an absolute service forbiddance!

Service Park will be opened on Thursday, 20 March 2014 from 15:00 – 20:00 hrs !

In the Service Park the use of a floor carpet is compulsory. Each team/start no. receives two service plates (Service A for permanent service cars in the service park and service B for service vehicles which may leave and enter the service park any time). Additional limited service plates may be purchased at the price of € 50.- each. Please inform the organizer asap.The entrance to the Service Park is possible with valid service-plate only.

Driver’s briefing:Driver’s briefing will take place on Friday, 21 March 2014, 14:00 hrs., Kniely House

Other business:It is pointed out once more that all items of the Supplementary Regulations and the regulations of the OSK must be strictly observed (e.g. Service-Park, time schedule,…)

• die OSK, deren Präsidenten, Mitglieder, Geschäftsführer

• den Veranstalter, dessen Beauftragte, Sportwarte, Funktionären und Helfer

• Bewerber, Fahrer, Halter und Helfer anderer Fahrzeuge, die an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen, jedoch nur, sofern es sich um ein Rennen oder eine Wertungsprüfung zur Erzielung von Höchstgeschwindigkeiten oder kürzesten Fahrzeiten handelt

• Behörden, Renndienste und irgendwelche Personen, die mit der Organisation der Veranstaltung in Verbindung stehen, soweit der Unfall oder Schaden durch nicht auf Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit beruht
