1. Remove(4)T27Torxscrewsfromtheinnerfairing.(FigureA)

2. Remove(3)T27Torxscrewssecuringtheouterfairing,removingthemiddleonelast.Oncethemiddlescrewisremovedtheouterfairingwillbeloose.Takecautionnottodroptheouterfairingandwindshield.(FigureB)

Note:Iftheforkslock,insertaflat-bladescrewdriverintotheignitionswitchhole.Therewillbeanotchcut-outinside.Slightlyturntotherighttounlocktheforks.

10. Remove(2)Torxscrewssecuringeachturnsignal,thenremovetheturnsignalandfrontchrometrim.(FigureH)

11. Removetheclutchcable.

a. Loosenuptheclutchlever: Slidetherubberbootupfrom theclutchadjustmentcable,then usinga9/16”and1/2”openended wrench,breakthelockingnutfree. Screwtheadjustmentnutinto provideslackintheclutchlever. (FigureI)

b. Removethesnapringfromthepivot pinundertheclutchlever,thenpull thepinout.(FigureJ)

c. Remove(2)T27Torxscrewsand washerssecuringtheclutchlever totheclutchbracket,thenremove thelever.(FigureK)

d. Pulltheanchorpinoutfromthe clutchcable.(FigureL)

e. Pulltheclutchcablethruthefairing, justenoughtoclearthefairing.




12. Unplugthecigarettelighter,thenremoveitbyunscrewingtheoutercoverwhichisinsidethefairing.Keepyourfingersinthecigarettelightertoprohibititfromspinning.

13. Remove(2)T25Torxscrewssecuringthespeakers,thenunplugandremovethespeakers.

14. Unscrewtherubberbootfromtheresetswitch,thenremovetheswitch.(FigureM)

15. Unplugthespeedometerandtachgauges.Remove(2)screwssecuringtheblackplasticbracketstoeachgauge(4intotal),thenremovethegaugesfromtheback.(FigureN)

16. Unplugbutdonotremovetheremaininggauges.Theywillberemovedatthebench.

17. Carefullypryoutwardsonthebottomofthefairingtoreleasethefairingandfairinglowerbracketfromthedowelpinsintheforks.(FigureO)

18. Liftthefairingslightlyuptogainaccesstothefairinglowerbracket,thengrabandremovethebracketfromthefairing.Thefairingshouldbecompletelyfreeatthispoint.Havepatienceinthisstepasthefairingwillmostlikelygetcaughtupbeingremoved.Takethefairingtothebenchforfurtherremovalofcomponents.

1. Remove(2)5/16”nutssecuringeachgauge,thenpushthegaugesthruthefrontofthefairing.(FigureA)

2. Removetherubbergrommetfromtheclutchcablepass-throughhole.(FigureA)

To the 95-HDIF fairing:

1. Pusheachofthegaugesthruthefrontofthefairing,thensecurethemwiththefactoryhardware.(FigureB)

2. Inserttherubbergrommetintotheclutchcablepass-throughhole.(FigureB)

3. Reassemblethefairinginreverseorderofdisassemblytocompletetheinstallation,usingtheradio/bracketassemblyinsteadofthefactoryradio.Duetodifferencesinvehicledesign,optionalspacershavebeenprovided.(FigureB)

Levantelamáscaraligeramenteparateneraccesoalsujetadorinferiordelamáscara;posteriormente,sostengayretireelsujetadordelamáscara.Lamáscaraestarácompletamentesueltaenestemomento.Tengapacienciaalrealizarestepasoyaqueesprobablequelamáscaraseenredealmomentodequitarla.Llevelamáscaraalbanquillopararetirarloscomponentesadicionales.
