Girls’ Cricket

A massive well done to the Girls’ Cricket team who played at the Northern Cricket Ground, Crosby on Tuesday representing South Ribble in the County Finals. Over 400 schools originally entered this competition with 30 schools getting through to this level. The girls played brilliantly and got through to the quarter and semi-finals. Unfortunately, they got knocked out by just 2 runs!! However, coming in the top 4 teams out of 400 schools is a massive achievement. A great day out with a team of girls who were a credit to New Longton All Saints’. Fantastic effort!
