Page Overview

• Processed Tab (default) – Displays order(s) successfully processed through the portal

Lists all orders for the Learning Partner who has logged in.

Orders with multiple SKUs will be displayed with each SKU on a separate line. Each SKU will display its own quantity.

For an ESD who logs in, they will see all orders placed for their resale partners.

The resale Learning Partner who logs in will see only their own orders.

The latest order processed in the portal will appear at the top of the list.

• Unprocessed Tab – Displays order(s) which were not processed successfully and need additional attention

Search field• To open up the Advanced Search field, click the down arrow in the search field.

• The search field supports partial search.

• It uses the Boolean operator “AND” when entering multiple search parameters

Searching for Orders placed through DCT• To filter the list to display only Orders placed through DCT, select DCT in the

Source dropdown.

• DCT order numbers will always start with “DCT-”, so alternatively, you can enter “DCT-” in the Order Number field.

• To view the details for a specific order, click the order quantity hyperlink or the folder icon under the Actions header.

Generated Student Kits

• The bottom section of the Modify Learning Offering page will show the generated Student Kits, their Access Codes, the email addresses that the Codes were sent to, and the statuses.

• If your order has multiple kits, you will see a line item for each student kit in your order.

• You can also view the details of a Student Kit by clicking on the green + sign.

• The generated Student Kit section at the bottom of the Modify Learning Offering screen serves as a record/report of the status of all kits generated for a particular SKU for an Order.

• Please note: Your browser’s Print will not print the symbols indicating the Status of each dbook.

• To include the Status in a printout, you will need to use your computer’s PrtSc (PrintScreen) button.

• Emailed: The access code for the Student Kit has been emailed to the end user.

• Redeemed: The end user has used their access code to redeem the Student Kit.

• Revoked: The LP has revoked a previously redeemed Student Kit. (The LP cannot change the status of a ‘Revoked’ kit back to ‘Redeemed’. Instead, if such a need arises, the LP would need to open a CLNSpace support case to have it done.)

• For an order placed through DCT, an LP may only revoke a Student Kit that a student has redeemed.

• An LP may wish to revoke a Student Kit, for example, if there was a payment issue.

• To reinstate a ‘Revoked’ kit, a CLNSpace support case must be opened.

• To edit the Student Kit, click the pencil icon for the kit.

• To revoke a Student Kit, click the dropdown menu for the Status and select Revoked.

• Enter a Note if you wish to have a reminder of why the Student Kit was revoked.

• Click Update when done.

• Upon successful update, a confirmation message is displayed.

• The menu bar above the title of each screen allows you to select other ways to manage your order.

• The Learning Offering and Student Kit Management screens allow searching for the same information and displaying it in different ways.

• The Learning Offering management screen lists one line per SKU per Order, the same as on the Order Management screen.

• The data is simply displayed a little differently.

• The only way to search is by Learning Offering Name.

• Typically, the Learning Offering Name is the Order Number concatenated by the SKU.
