    In accordance with the resolution of the Interdepartmental commission for ensuring of safety and anti-terrorist protection of high-rise structures in the city of Moscow dated of July 7, 00 and resolution of the Department for City Building Policy, Development and Reconstruction of the City of Moscow dated of December , 00 No.10 the System of voluntary certification in the area of comprehensive support of safety of especially danger-ous, high-rise and unique facilities of capital construction SPETSSTROYSPETSIFIKATSIA on the basis of the State Unitary Enterprise NIIMosstroy was created. The head of the system is the director of State Unitary Enterprise NIIMosstroy V.A. Ustugov.

    Basic principles of formation of the program for comprehensive development of underground territory of the city of Moscow

    Most of big cities of the world has recently been progressively implementing programs for development of under-ground territory in historical centers of the city, at that transport, utility and household problems are resolved as well as problems associated with employment of population, energy saving etc. As examples it is possible to mark underground quarters in Montreal and Toronto, Tokio and Osaka, systems of car parking areas in Paris and Helsinki, systems of organization of car traffic in Oslo and Boston.

    Currently the most acute problem associated with standardization of lighting devices in Russia consists in standardization of motor transport tunnels (). The acuteness of this problem is conditioned, on the one hand, by a fast construction of motor transport tunnels in big cities and especially in Moscow, as one of efficient ways of resolution of the most difficult transport problem in the capital, and on the other hand, by incompliance of existing norms of lighting of motor transport tunnels with up-to-date requirements.

    Issues associated with safety of works at development of underground space of cities

    At the beginning of the 0s of the previous century due to rapid development in the USSR of construction of sub-ways and transport tunnels at the initiative of the Ministry of Transport Construction a professional mining rescue service and a central body for control of militarized mining rescue parts of such service were created. Over last years a lot has radically changed in our country and objectives of the service were maintained. Today this service is presented by the Federal State Establishment Administration for Militarized Mining Rescue Parts in Construc-tion (hereinafter referred to as FGU UVGSCh in Construction).

    Application of conveyor rock transport in tunnel construction

    OJSC Transengstroy is currently carrying out construction of the Mitino-Strogino section of the Arbat-Pokrovs-kaya line of the Moscow Subway from the Operating Station Park Pobedy to the station Kuntsevskaya which is under reconstruction. Specific conditions of laying of tunnels in this section are characterized by the following. The route of the tunnel from the station Park Pobedy runs along the Kutuzovsky prospect, then intersects the Starorublevskoye highway and the line of the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway, goes to the Kastanaevs-kaya street suddenly turning to the cross section of the existing station Kuntsevskaya.

    The ring of safetyAs the situation with the traffic has become more complicated during last years, the Moscows Government was forced to take measures in order to solve this problem.
