Abstract INDICATORS OF ELECTORAL INTEGRITY AMONG INTERNATIONAL TEXTS AND

INTERIOR APPLICATIONS

The mere holding of elections in a country does not mean that the system of government in that

country has come out of the ranks of authoritarian or totalitarian, and became a Democrat. The

elections, which described its associated regime that democratic system must first be based on a

democratic constitution puts the main principles of democracy into practice the real, and must be

characterized by a second three traits are "Hits" and "freedom" and "integrity." Thus (according to

international conventions and texts) can say that the concept of "democratic elections" means it is

the process of choosing from among several alternatives, and characterized as: Effective: they

target the expression of the principle that the people are the source of the Authority, and the election

of governors, and settle the power struggle by peaceful means, and to provide popular legitimacy of

the rulers, and the mechanism for trading on the positions of The highest political positions, and

accounting rulers, and they represent a source to inform and educate citizens, and the recruitment of

political leaders, Free: they are based on the principles of the rule of law and competitiveness, and

respect the freedoms and basic rights of citizens, Fair: because they are conducted on a regular

basis and is based on an electoral system equitable and effective and based on universal suffrage,

and the Organizers of the administration is committed to political neutrality and impartiality

partisan, and transparent in voter registration and in the counting of votes and announcement of

results.

Abstract

This study aims to statement responsibility liquidator Civil in the case of compulsory liquidation

of the Public Shareholding Company , where we dealt with in this study in two sections , made

clear in the first legal status of the liquidator and the extent of control of his works and in

accordance with the Companies Act the United Arab Emirates , and in the second we had the

responsibility of the liquidator for contracts entered into by the company prior to liquidation ,

and we knew through which the legislator UAE , did not single out texts show the conditions to

be met by the liquidator , did not indicate who has the right to control the liquidator while on his

works , and did not indicate the extent of the responsibility of the liquidator to third parties (

bona fide ) affected by the liquidation , and came to the conclusion that he it is necessary to

reconsider a set texts liquidation in the UAE companies Law .

Abstract

Physical Educators teachers Attitudes mingling the motor handicapped Student in the Physical Education course

This study aimed to clarifying the Physical Educators teachers

attitude towards integrating motor handicapped students in the physical

education class with normal students in the elementary schools in the

governmental schools in Zarqa according to the physical education

teachers variables. The study society includes (192) teachers (male

85, female 107). The Rizzo attitude scale is used as a tool to get

information about the physical educator's attitude toward individuals with

disabilities (PEATID) III.

The study concludes that the attitudes of the teachers are

generally negative towards integrating motor handicapped students in

the elementary schools; it also shows a statistical differences among

the males and females towards integrating motor handicapped students

at the physical education class. The females were more active.

Le rle de la Cellule de Traitement de Renseignement Financire dans la lutte contre les

crimes financiers le blanchiment d'argent.

Lgislateur algrien texte que les crimes de blanchiment d'argent de crimes de corruption

conformment l'article 42 de la loi n 06/01 du 20/02/2006 relative la prvention et la

lutte contre la corruption complment Ordre n 10/05 du 26/08/2010 au modifie et

complte par la loi 11 / 15 en date du 08/02/2011.

Pour lutter contre ce phnomne tabli dans la loi algrienne par dcret excutif n

02/127 en date du 04.07.2002 contenant crer une requte Cellule de Traitement de

Renseignement Financire et sa version modifie et complte par le dcret excutif no

08/275 de Septembre 06, 2008, en tant que cadre juridique mis en place un nouvel organe est

une adresse de Cellule de Traitement de Renseignement Financire charg de la lutte

contre le financement du terrorisme et le blanchiment d'argent conformment l'article 04 du

dcret 02/127 dans le cadre de l'activation du rle des institutions financires dans la lutte

contre la corruption et la prvention des crimes financiers.

Pour montrer travers l'arsenal des principes et rgles juridiques tablies par le

lgislateur algrien reprendre le rle du traitement des requtes cellule dans la dcouverte

des crimes financiers, le blanchiment d'argent comme l'un des crimes les plus graves de

corruption financire sur le terrain, et cet gard demander les formulaires suivants/
