This year’s end of year celebration is a movie at Hoyts Erina!

Students will be watching Maya the Bee 3

WHEN: Tuesday 15th December 2020

WHERE: Hoyts Erina

COST: $20.00 per student (includes bus, water and popcorn)

WHAT TO WEAR: Students are to wear school uniform

Please sign the permission note and return to the school office by Monday 7th December 2020. Payments can be made online or over the phone to the school office. No late payments can be accepted. Students are to bring recess and lunch. At the movies they will have popcorn and a bottle of water.

PARENT ONLINE PAYMENTS (POP)

The Department of Education’s preferred method for all student payments is by Parent Online Payment also known as POP. The $ Make a payment link for online payments can be found on the ribbon at the top of the page on the school’s website (see image below). By selecting this link you will be taken to a secure Westpac payment page. You will no longer be in the school’s website.

You will then be taken to the ‘Make a Payment’ page. Only the fields marked with an * need to be completed. In the Student Details section these are Given name, Surname, Students Class or Year & Date of Birth. To ensure the correct student is credited for the right items, please enter both the students class or year AND date of birth. You don’t need to worry about the Student Registration Number (see image below).

There can be more than one payment line for all items except voluntary school contributions.

When you have completed your payments, you will have the option to print off your receipt or have it emailed to you. Once this is received at the school office it will be receipted through the school system and a receipt sent home.

Online payments close at 5pm each afternoon in order for us to receive it the next day. So please note if an excursion have a cut-off date you must pay this prior to 5pm on the day before it is due.
